Course Access

Unless otherwise stated at time of purchase, course access is granted for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue a course with reasonable advance notice.
All course content — including teachings, writing exercises, and course structure — is self-paced. There are no deadlines, live sessions, or instructor feedback unless explicitly stated.
Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund on all course purchases, provided you have not completed more than two weeks of course content. To request a refund, contact us at support@totalselfreset.com within 14 days of purchase.
Bundle purchases are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds on bundles are issued for the full bundle amount and result in removal of access to all courses in the bundle.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or that fall outside the stated policy window.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Total Self Reset site and within our courses — including but not limited to text, course teachings, writing exercises, design elements, graphics, and the overall course structure — is the exclusive property of Total Self Reset and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content
- Share, sell, or sublicense access to any course materials
- Use course content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our course materials without written permission
Your personal journal entries and writing completed within the course exercises remain your own private property. We make no claim to any content you create.
Prohibited Conduct
When using our site or courses, you agree not to:

Results from completing our courses vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Total Self Reset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or courses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@totalselfreset.com. Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
